Site work and paving for a civil project in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
The scope of this work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: the supply of all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to completely replace the existing bridge structure with a new bridge structure. The work on this project shall consist of but not limited to: temporary bypass road construction and maintenance; traffic control; excavation; slope protection; environmental controls; asphalt excavation; cold plane and stockpile asphalt; reclaimed asphalt placement and maintenance; demolition and removal of existing structure; steel piles; concrete formwork and accessories; concrete reinforcement; cast-in-place concrete; precast concrete girders; concrete deck; GFRP reinforcement; waterproofing membrane; rip rap; HDPE pipe structure; temporary steel sheet piling; temporary cofferdam; temporary bridge; road work complete with asphalt paving; and all other ancillaries required to completely install the structure to the satisfaction of the Owner. The Contractor agrees to complete the work no later than 17 December 2021 for 2021 Phase, and 17 June 2022 for Spring 2022 Phase.
