No.: 02-119644 The 15,000-square-foot building will offer real-world technical skills in agriculture, welding, metal work, fabrication, and computer-aid design. The building will be constructed on a part of the Delhi High School grounds in Delhi, Calif., that's now occupied by basketball courts. As of August 4, 2022, this project is in final planning. General contractor bidding is expected to commence summer of 2022. Construction is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2022. THIS PROJECT CONSIST OF A NEW VOCATIONAL BUILDING WITH FIRE SPRINKLERS, AND ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS. AS DESCRIBED IN THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. SITE WORK SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE INSTALLATION OF CONCRETE WALKS, MODIFIED LANDSCAPING, AND IRRIGATION. CONTRACTOR SHALL CONNECT ALL ELECTRICAL, FIRE ALARM, DATA CONNECTIONS, IRRIGATION, WATER, AND SEWER SYSTEMS AS REQUIRED FOR COMPLETE AND OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS. The Project consists of: New vocational building with fire sprinklers and associated site improvements.
