Renovation of a multi-residential development in Concord, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of 07/27/2021 The apparent low bidder is Glionna Plumbing & Heating Services, Incorporated of Saugus, MA. Award is anticipated at the end of this month with work beginning soon after. Project consists of but not limited to: Replacement of water closets at living units, public, and office restrooms at two high rise elderly/disabled developments. Water closets, flanges, nuts and bolts, supply lines for floor mounted rear discharge, wall mounted, standard and accessible type water closets. Work will be in occupied spaces. The work being entirely plumbing it is anticipated that the Plumbing Contractor will be the prime contractor. The Brockton Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period as stated in the supplemental conditions, after approval of the award by the Brockton Housing Authority without written consent of the Brockton Housing Authority. General Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit which shall not be less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount, and made payable to the Brockton Housing Authority.
