Site work and new construction of a civil project in Saint Peter, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 384-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. The project consists of a new water metering house to serve the lower campus. 2. Wood frame walls on a concrete masonry unit foundation to frost footings. 3. The 16'x24' building will be one story, with an asphalt shingle roof. Minimal interior finishes. 4. Connections to the existing water mains will be made, with valve replacement at three locations. 5. SPRTC is responsible for all Electrical Work. Pre-register for the pre-bid meeting no later than June 10, 2022 to the following address: aschwabe@twparchitects.com. An invitation to the MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be sent to you upon pre-registering.
