Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Debary, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

https://www.bizjournals.com/jacksonville/news/2022/04/29/volusia-county-set-to-discuss-new-sunrail-proposal.html April 29, 2022 The proposal in question -- which included input from the city of Orlando, Orange County, Universal and other stakeholders -- would allow the commuter rail system to operate seven days a week and share a corridor in the International Drive area along State Road 528. SunRail could connect with Orlando International Airport, the Orange County Convention Center and Walt Disney World, while Brightline would lease the route and connect to Tampa. Currently, the lone ongoing expansion for SunRail is its roughly 12-mile, $42.8 million extension to DeLand from DeBary, which is projected to be completed in 2024. The county, while approving the extension, took issue with the decline of ridership for the system due to the Covid-19 pandemic and having reduced county revenue. _________________________________________________________ The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies.
