Mesa County Lower Valley Public Improvement District (District) with assistance from Mesa County Public Works Department is soliciting qualification submittals and proposals from firms interested in providing professional services as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide design phase services to the District for the Mack sanitary facility design. Work collaboratively with the District, Mesa County s project Manager and JVA, to provide constructability and design input and develop a guaranteed maximum price (GMP). A detailed description of the project and scope are included with the CMAR RFP. Mesa County reserves the right to accept the proposals or any portion of the proposals by a competent firm, as determined by the statement of qualification and the proposals, which is deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any portion of the proposals or the entire proposals without disclosing the reason therefore.
