Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Canby, Oregon. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Canby School District (District), will be accepting proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the following projects: Addition / Renovation at Canby High School and the required sitework and renovations at Lee Elementary School, Ackerman School & the District Office. The District reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public solicitation procedures and requirements and may cancel or reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the District it is in the public interest to do so. No proposal will be received or considered by the District unless the proposal response contains a statement as to whether the proposer is a resident proposer. The Canby School District passed a general obligation bond in the amount of $75 million for renovations and repairs district-wide. The District has hired Cornerstone Management Group as their Owner's Representative and Mahlum Architects for design services. Planning and design are currently underway on these projects.
