The Metropolitan Transportation Authority ("MTA"), by and through its agent the MTA Construction & Development Company ("MTA C&D"), both of which are public benefit corporations existing by virtue of Article 5, Title 11 of the Public Authorities Law, will be issuing an Invitation for Bids ("IFB") seeking entities interested in Constructing a Parking Lot at 12 Croton Falls Rd serving commuters of Croton Falls Station. This Contract is for the construction of a commuter parking lot at 12 Croton Falls Road serving commuters of Croton Falls Station. The Work consists of the Construction of a 472-space surface parking lot including 9 ADA accessible spaces, 8 electric vehicle charging station spaces, and 2 ADA accessible electric vehicle charging station spaces, installation of MNR provided pay stations, pay station shelter, bus shelter, an existing non-potable water well to be made operational and commissioned, lighting, power, drainage, grading, ADA ramps, sidewalks, signage, stormwater retention system, landscaping, new electrical service, pavement markings, etc. It is anticipated that this contract will be funded in whole or part by Federal grants. This is an A+B contract.
