Site work for a mixed-use development in Yuba City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Yuba City requires the replacement of (1) 60" Walker Process Type SWP-CL Clarifier Drive mounted on an existing 90' Diameter Secondary Clarifier. The work includes but is not limited to labor, material and equipment, services required for construction, startup and testing, and all necessary items required to complete the successful removal and installation of new or refurbished drive unit. The Contractor shall replace one (1) existing clarifier drive and motor with 60" Walker Process Type SWP-CL Clarifier Drive or approved equal. The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all crane and lifting equipment for removal of the clarifier bridges, removal of existing drive and motor, installation of new or refurbished drive. The Scope of Work under this contract for replacement of the Clarifier Drive includes the following major tasks to be done by Contractor: a. Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to dismantle and remove the clarifier drive, bridge and associated handrails, walkways, piping, process connections, etc., including, but not limited to, crane, mats and rigging equipment as needed. b. Furnish all labor, equipment and materials to install new clarifier drive on original clarifier mechanism mounting plates including rake and drive leveling and replacement of nuts, washers, connectors and appurtenances as needed, including, but not limited to all new hardware as required. c. Furnish all labor, equipment and materials to reinstall clarifier bridge, handrails, walkways, piping and process connections, including, but not limited to, crane, mats and rigging equipment as needed, including, but not limited to all new hardware as required. d. Testing Plans including rake and drive leveling procedures, checkout, preliminary testing and operational testing procedures for placing the newly installed drive into service.
