Solicitation no- 700891001 The Engineer will provide construction surveying stakes for line and grade to construct the water, sewer, and drainage improvements in accordance with the Contract Documents. Construction stakes to be provided will be as follows: Alignment of all water lines will be staked on centerline of water line. Stakes will be at 100-foot stations on tangent sections and at 50-foot stations along curves. Stakes will be provided at all valves, blow offs, bends, reducers, plugs, and ends of restrained joint sections. Offset stakes will be provided at all flush valves. Cut to top of curb will be provided at flush valves. Grades will also be provided for restrained joint sections and in other areas where depth is critical. Radius points will be set on cul-de-sacs. Offset stakes will be provided at all sanitary sewer manhole locations. When the distance between manholes is greater than 300 feet, an offset stake will be set at the midpoint between the manholes Offset stakes will be provided at all storm sewer manhole locations.
