Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ball, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
The Project consists of all work for a new Army Combat Fitness (ACFT) Field (Base Bid) and all work associated with the construction of a new Storage Building (Alternate No. 1) at Camp Cook in Ball, Louisiana. The projects consists of one ACFT Field (Base Bid) and one building (Alternate No. 1). Scope ranges from site development to the construction of building and field mentioned, retaining wall, foundations, and MEP development. Electronic Bid Documents may be submitted by Contractors to the Construction & Facilities Management Office by submitting their bid along with their bid security The project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
