Strategic Goal No. No. 7 - Enhance and Sustain El Paso's Infrastructure Network The Linkage to the Strategic Plan The linkage to the strategic plan is subsection 7.2 Improve competitiveness through infrastructure improvements impacting the quality of life The work done under this contract will consist of applying and removing thermoplastic, which contain Type glass bead striping material in accordance with TXDoT MUTC Standards with materials that meet AASHTO M 249 for Thermoplastic Marking Material (TPMM), extruded ribbon applied 90 mil, and AASHTO M 247 for Type 1 Glass Bead. Removal shall be done in accordance of TXDot Item 677. Striping shall be done when the ambient temperature 60 degrees or higher. Contractor shall provide all necessary traffic control in accordance with MUTCD Standards. Contractor must provide warranty for all work completed for at least one calendar year from date of completion Contractor shall have a minimum of one-year experience of applying Thermoplastic striping. This project will have multiple locations. A task order will be issued for each location. Once task order has been issued the contractor has three days to respond.
