South Kamloops Water System Upgrades (KWSU). TIMELINE: RFP has closed and a Structural Engineer for IPD Services for an IPD Program has been secured. The City has retained a General Contractor (Chandos Construction), Civil Contractor (Extreme Excavating) and Prime Consultant (Urban Systems), whom have determined there is a need for a Structural Engineer to join the IPD Team to complete the Program. The selected proponent will be requested to enter into direct contract negotiations to finalize an interim agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. The interim agreement shall be in place until the IPD team finalizes and executes on the Polyparty IPD Agreement, which is typically at the conclusion of Validation which will supersede all interim agreements.
