Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
This project consists of 12 total houses that require Master and Guest Bathroom Renovations. The original contract will be based on the provided bid schedule of different "Types" of master and guest bathrooms. The project will be awarded based on the pricing given for the different types of renovations listed on the "Bid Schedule" and per the drawings. It is not intended that all 12 houses will be awarded at the same time. It is anticipated that 1-3 houses will be completed at a time so anticipate each type as its own separate project. In general, each remodel will consist of the demolition and renovation of the master bathroom and guest bathrooms in the base's Family Housing Units. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to; demolition, rough and finish carpentry, drywall, tiling and flooring, doors/frames/hardware, toilet accessories, paints and finishes, plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
