General work description: The work is located on North Main Street between Clear Lake Avenue and 4th Street. The project to be constructed consists of milling and replacement of existing pavement; installing pavement markings; and all other necessary work to complete the project per the contract plans and special provisions. The work shall be completed within 25 working days.There will be no pre-bid meeting. Questions about alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications, or estimate must be submitted in writing prior to 5 PM on July 16, 2021.
