Electronic submissions are permitted and recommended within the framework of this call for tenders. Note : Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation that would result in the tender being restrictive or conditional. Authorization to contract / certificate from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested that bidders make as soon as possible, according to the requirements of the contractual documents, their request for a certificate from Revenu Quebec and, if applicable, their request for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics, in order to ensure that these requirements are completed before the deadline date and time for receipt of bids. Non-participation in the call for tenders Any person or company having obtained the contractual documents and who does not submit a tender, undertakes to complete the "Non-participation questionnaire" form included in the contractual documents and to send it to the Company at the following e-mail address: infosoumission4@sqi.gouv.qc.ca . Subcontractor submissions All subcontractors subject to the Quebec Submission Office (BSDQ) must, when submitting their electronic submission to the BSDQ, indicate the Company as the "Recipient" using the "Tender" menu of the electronic submission system. submissions (TES). DURATION OF WORK The construction work (contract 44524298) required under this call for tenders must be completely completed within 32 weeks (including statutory holidays, construction vacations and the time required for the supply of materials / equipment) from the date of the authorization to start work. The probable date of the start of the works is between October 4 and October 25, 2021. The maintenance work covered by this call for tenders (contract 44524382) is required from the day after the date of issue of the acceptance certificate with reservation for the construction work covered by construction contract number 44524298. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the amount of the tender. When the tender is sent on paper, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond, irrevocable letter of guarantee, certified check, money order or draft and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article "Tender guarantee >> Instructions to tenderers . TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS The deadline set for receiving complaints made to the Societe under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) is indicated in the Additional Instructions . INFORMATION Bidders who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number, and this, maximum three working days before the date. and the cut-off time for receipt of bids . If such a request for clarification is received two working days or less before the deadline for receipt of bids, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
