Site work and new construction of a detention facility in Westville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,440,000-square-foot detention facility; and detention facility.
Construct approximately 4,000 beds in a combination of maximum, medium and minimum security with facilities for administrative functions, program services, security, medical, food services, recreational and facilities management. Build Westville is a joint venture between F.A. Wilhelm Construction, Granger Construction, and Garmong Construction Services. As of November 2025, construction is underway and expected to be complete in 2026. Any inquiries for bid results should be directed to Granger Construction.
