Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 78,499-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, the ground up construction of a two story 78,500 square foot elementary school facility including parking lot, playfield, concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage and other related work as specified in the project documents. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued. Note from Sedalco: Please be aware of the following critical items related to your proposal on this project! 1) Due to the Owner's electronic submission requirements for the General Contractors, we will need to have your proposals submitted to us no later than 1:30PM! Please make sure that you submit your proposal as early as possible. 2) For the Sitework Contractors, please be aware that we have two separate proposals. The Public Improvements plans & specs includes a separate Line Item Proposal Form. Please submit your Line Item bid for the CFA work along with a lump sum bid for the Base Bid documents
