Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Glendale, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Project is to remodel FS 154 (43rd Ave & Peoria) as infrastructure components have reached the end of their useful life. Renovation will include systems (laundry, change out area, etc.) to protect firefighters health & safety, and functional improvements. Infrastructure needs identified in the building assessment include roof, exterior siding, parking and driveways. Renovation would also include updated security, fire protection systems and plumbing. As of June 24, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2032 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2025. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
