Storm water, asbestos, and hazardous materials abatement must be performed in accordance with the Asbestos and Potentially Hazardous Material Abatement and Demolition Specification's outline within this bid packet 2. Demolishing existing 14,522 square feet of Former Golf Club/Banquet Hall Building on site 3. Demolishing existing 2,000 square feet of Former Residence - West Building on site 4. Demolish existing 1,550 square feet of Former Residence - East Building on site 5. Demolish existing 1,560 square feet of Former Maintenance Garage - North Building on site 6. Demolish existing 1,084 square feet of Former Maintenance Garage - South Building on site 7. Demolish existing 500 square feet of Former Garage Building on site 8. Demolish existing 150 square feet of Former Pump House Building on site 9. Demolishing all existing buildings foundations 10. Demolishing of any / all trees and shrubs as marked by the City. 11. Demolishing all existing buildings slabs-on-grade 12.Removal of all parking lot hard surfaces and all related sidewalks in the vicinity of the buildings 13. Demolishing, disconnecting and capping designated utilities for all buildings. 14. Demolishing all existing building's components, equipment, and fixtures. 15. Removing demolished materials at all locations. 16. Site protection at all demolished buildings. A six foot chain linked fence surrounding each site will be required prior to demolition. 17. Provide all proper notices to EGLE prior to demolition.
