Demolish existing 1,550 square feet of Former Residence - East Building on site 5. Demolish existing 1,560 square feet of Former Maintenance Garage - North Building on site 6. Demolish existing 1,084 square feet of Former Maintenance Garage - South Building on site 7. Demolish existing 500 square feet of Former Garage Building on site 8. Demolish existing 150 square feet of Former Pump House Building on site 9. Demolishing all existing buildings foundations 10. Demolishing of any / all trees and shrubs as marked by the City. 11.
