Modernization efforts will include replacement of lay-in ceilings, lighting, wall, and floor finishes throughout the portions of the Terminal Building that are accessible to the public. Existing public restrooms will be fully updated to meet accessibility compliance (which includes plumbing fixtures, partitions, and tile replacement). The existing food and beverage service area and security entry portal are included in this modernization. The project also includes public art and LED lighting features. Electrical work will require replacement of outdated wiring, conduits, electrical panels, junction boxes, receptacles, and various other electrical components of the terminal. This project will also include one fixed emergency generator for critical components of the terminal. _______ The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for the Waco Regional Airport - Terminal Building Electrical System Rehab. The ACT is upgrading the Passenger Terminal building electrical system to be in compliance with the current National Electric Code (NEC) standards. This will include the replacement of outdated wiring, conduits, electrical panels, junction boxes, receptacles, and other various electrical components throughout the building and to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described.
