Renovation of a military facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The General Service Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), R04 intends to issue a Request for Proposal as a Total Small Business Set-aside under the authority of FAR 19.502 - Setting Aside Acquisitions and FAR 19.10 - Small Business Competitiveness Program. This requirement is for the replacement of the existing Fire Alarm System in the Peachtree Summit Federal Building located in Downtown Atlanta, GA. All responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the agency if timely received by the point of contact described herein. Bid Bond is requied and should be 20 Percent of Proposal Total Costs. Performance Bond will be required in the amount of $5 Million. Order of Magnatude for Project is from $1 Million to $5 Million. The project will include a full Fire Alarm System Replacement, and will include, but shall not be limited to, the removal of the existing fire alarm system and the design and installation of a new fully addressable non-proprietary, open source FPS, to include GUI programming which will serve the entire building.
