Site work and paving for a civil project in Winlock, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Major Bid Items will include: Mobilization LS, Clearing and Grubbing, Dewatering, Structural Excavation 155 CY, Waste Haul 155 CY, Culvert Disposal, Steel Sheet pile 3034 SF, Steel Foundation Channel 36 LF, Bridge Installation, Fishmix gravel 27 CY, Streambed Cobble 30 CY, Crushed Road Base 121 tons, Road Top Course 66 tons, and Site Restoration. The Bridge will be Sponsor supplied. Other items in conformance with the 2022 WSDOT Standard Specifications incl. the APWA Supplement, and the Special Provisions for this project. All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a Surety Bond, Cash, Cashier's Check, Certified Check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of such bid proposal. The Proposal Bond shall be on DOT form 272-001 revised 01/2022 for Local Agency Use. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid proposal shall be forfeited to Lewis Conservation District. Lewis Conservation District reserves the right to accept or reject bids on each item separately or as a whole, to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and to contract as to the best interest of the Lewis Conservation District.
