Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Beamsville, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town is seeking proposals for the site preparation and installation of 1.8m wide asphalt trails to connect the existing sidewalk to the existing park trail and the existing basketball court, as well as asphalt trails ranging from 1.8m to 4.6m to create a bicycle playground for Ashby Drive Park in the Town of Lincoln. Once the asphalt paving has been completed, the bicycle playground features will be installed on top of the asphalt (separate from this scope of work). This RFP replaces 2022033CS with a revised scope of work. The following changes have been made: 1. Removal of requirement to phase project from south end to north end of the park 2. Removal of requirement for bid security. (50% Performance Bond and Labour & Materials Bond still required by successful proponent) 3. Revised Evaluation Rated Criteria 4.
