Renovation of a water / sewer project in Folkston, Georgia. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of August 06, 2021, project received no bids. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor and materials to complete the Clay Branch Pump Station Replacement. More specifically, the project will consist of removing and replacing the existing pump station with a wet-well mounted pump station, including hood, piping, and control enclosure; remove all valves from the valve vault to connect the outlet to existing force main at Clay Branch pump station. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of total amount bid for the completed work. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the closing time schedule for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Award of the contract, if it is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder. The Contractor hereby agrees to commence work under this Contract on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" from the Owner and to fully complete the project within thirty (30) consecutive days plus equipment lead time included with the bid. Price must be upheld with the timeline
