Liquidated Damages : $500 per day Estimated Bid Value : $2,500,000.00 Project Duration : 180 Working Days Bid Bond: 10.00% Payment Bond: 100.00% Performance Bond: 100.00% Provide improvements to existing outfall control building, including reroofing, replacing of portion of the walls planks and detonated roof elements. Provides improvements to two existing digesters, including removal and recoating of blisters, exposed SPF, and eroded coatings. Construction of new concrete dry blast-cleaning area. Construction of new concrete valve vault and associated piping and soil stabilization under the existing electrical building and painting of the existing Thousand Oaks Lift Station.
