Renovation of a mixed-use development in Longueuil, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Major renovations and complete redevelopment of the Vieux-Longueuil administrative centre (CAVL) of the owner. The scope of the project includes the demolition of architectural elements, complete redevelopment of spaces, upgrades to washrooms, replacement of ceilings and repairs of floors, replacement of doors and windows, upgrades to the exterior envelope and roofing, landscaping work. The scope of the project also includes the reinforcement of the building structures to increase its seismic resistance, upgrades to all interior systems of the building. TIMELINE: The owner has modified the project scope due to the necessity to ensure a hybrid operation mode offering all employees shared use at a variety of work points, allowing them to choose the one that is most optimal to perform their tasks and functions and replaced it by a project that is now followed in the report under CRM ID name Centre Administrative du Vieux-Longueuil Renovation. No construction will follow. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
