The City of Coconut Creek, Florida is actively seeking proposals from qualified Proposers to perform the Coco Point Park and Lakewood Park Playground ADA Improvements and Construction. The improvements include removing the existing two (2) playground structures and installing new playground equipment, surfacing, swings, concrete border, and enabling handicap accessibility to the playground. The work shall be performed in full accordance with the scope of work, terms, and conditions contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP).RFP No: 07-28-21-11RFP Name: Coco Point Park and Lakewood Park Playground ADA Improvements and Construction. This is a federally funded project through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Rates for each different type of work are specified and must be complied with.
