Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sharon, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work includes, but is not limited to, retaining wall construction on Yonge Street (YR 51) and pavement rehabilitation on Yonge Street (YR 51) from Highway 11 (YR 1) to 175m north of Holland Landing Road (YR 83) and on Holland Landing Road (YR 83) from Yonge Street (YR 53) to Bathurst Street (YR 38), in the Town of East Gwillimbury. The following is a list of pre-qualified structural subcontractors that have been approved to carry out the retaining wall construction work under this contract, as qualified under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-278-21: - Dagmar Construction Inc. - Earthline Foundations and Shoring Ltd. - Metric Contracting Services Corporation The Work is to be performed during the 2022 construction season and it is anticipated that the Commencement Date will be in the spring of 2022.
