For the Improvement of a Certain Section of State Routes 2007 and 8029, Sec 350 in Luzerne County, Wilkes-barre Township and the City of Wilkes-barre, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Location of the Project is as Follows: From a Point Approximately 27 Feet North of the Intersection With Sr 6309 at Segment 0130 Offset 0111 (Sta 106+50) to a Point North Along Sr 2007 at Segment 0130 Offset 0461 (Sta 110+00) With a Total Work Area Length of 400 Feet (0.076 Miles). The Project Involves the Removal of Two (2) Existing Temporary Concrete-encased 4-0 Diameter Cpp Pipes and Replacing Them With a Pre-stressed Concrete Box Culvert Over Spring Run Creek. Other Work Includes Excavation, Full Depth Bituminous Pavement Replacement, E & S Control Measures, Drainage, Guiderail, Landscaping, Temporary Traffic Control, Signing, Pavement Markings, Culvert Removal and Other Miscellaneous Construction Work.
