Project title: Fire alarm upgrade, wings 1 to 4 and 7 - Fleurimont Hospital Public body: CIUSSS de l'Estrie - CHUS Facility targeted by the project: Fleurimont Hospital located at 3001, 12e Avenue Nord, Sherbrooke (Quebec) J1H 5N4 Brief description of the work: The work of this project consists mainly and not limited to: supply, install and connect new Siemens XLS addressable type fire alarm panels including annunciators, amplifiers, servers, UPS, isolator modules, a workstation and all necessary hardware; supply, install and connect the data link cables between the various panels of the fire alarm system; supply and install the infrastructure of detection and acoustic signaling cables from level 0 to all floors of wings 1 to 4 and 7 for future replacement of all floor level components; Carry out all demolition and construction work on old telephone booths to create a 10-storey vertical shaft for the passage of fire alarm cables, work including asbestos removal, ventilation, plumbing and system modifications sprinklers, suspended ceiling construction and electrical work.
