Estimated Range - $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 The work of this single bid project includes the renovation of Interventional Areas / Bi Plane suite located on the 2nd floor of the University Hospital Building, a fully occupied facility. Construction work consists in furnishing and installing all materials, equipment and labor including, but is not be limited to, demolition of existing radiology suite, dumbwaiter removal, new partitions, lead protection, laminar flow ceiling, soffits, finishes, custom millwork, concrete floor trench, Mechanical replacement of AHU's and exterior rooftop condensers, new louvers and penetrations through exterior wall for ductwork, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Medical Gases work. All work requires coordination with staff of occupied areas, coordination with work by others, including, but not limited, medical equipment vendor removing existing medical equipment and installing new equipment; Nurse Call system; Owner's IT (data and telephone) system and other systems. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
