Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Valley, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 32,000-square-foot fire / police facility.
The new Fire Station will be a two-story structure totaling approximately 32,000 square feet. The building is planned to be constructed utilizing a steel structural system with a mix of CMU, brick, and metal wall panels for exterior finishes. The roof will consist of standing seam metal roofing and EPDM. Interior finishes include but are not limited to, gypsum board and CMU partition walls, lay-in acoustical ceilings, carpet tiles, LVT flooring, and sealed concrete. The new Fire Station shall include Office spaces, a large training room, locker rooms, a fitness room, a kitchen, a laundry room, sleeping rooms, restrooms, storage spaces, vehicle apparatus bays, a wash bay and a mezzanine. As of June 26, 2023, final drawings are released for subcontractor bid.
