Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Questions should be directed to the Township Facility Manager The successful Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Bid is subject to Section 3 requirements of the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked on the outside "BID PROPOSAL FOR Bensalem Senior Center Generator Bid" along with a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid proposal. Bensalem Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, or take such action as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Township and as may be permitted by law. Bid is subject to Davis-Bacon wage rates
