Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Comox, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Replace existing bridge with new two-lane 45 metre single span steel girder bridge on steel pipe foundations. Scope of work includes but not limited to: Mobilization, Traffic and Quality Management, environmental management, clearing and grubbing, demolition and disposal of existing bridge, foundation excavation and placement of riprap, supply and install steel pipe piles, supply and install structural steel, construction of cast-in-place components, haul, place and compact asphalt and place roadside barrier.
