Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Matthews, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project provides for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project as presented in the contract documents. A bid bond, certified check or cashier's check, made payable to the City of St. Matthews, in an amount equal to 5% of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. No bid will be considered unless it is guaranteed in this manner. All work shall be substantially completed by September 31, 2021. It is anticipated a NTP "Notification to Proceed" will be provided by July 21, 2021.
