This Request for Qualification (RFQ) is designed to comply with all applicable rules and regulations including all Lee County policies. Construction Managers at Risk (CM) wishing to submit for consideration shall follow the guidelines established herein and in accordance with NCGS 143-128.1 Background LC is seeking qualification submittals from CM firms with expertise and the capacity to manage the construction of the new Lee County Library Project. Lee County will require the CM firm to provide previous experience and references in the construction of libraries in either a local government or a school setting. The CM firm must reference a minimum of three (3) projects (preferably more) that show expertise in this type of construction. The construction budget for the new Lee County Library includes the following: o All design and engineering services o All site development work o All construction costs o CM's Pre-construction Fees, construction fees and general conditions o All utility work associated with this project o IT Allowance (purchase and installation.
