Site work and new construction of a swimming pool in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Working plans call for the construction of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
This project will not be considered for rebidding for at least another 5 years from now. **As of October 06, 2021, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Bids are to be submitted by regular mail or overnight delivery service, or hand-delivered in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Borough Clerk Office, no later than 11:00 A.M., prevailing time on Tuesday, August 10, 2021. Bids will have the date and time stamped upon receipt. Bidder is solely responsible for the timely delivery of the bid and no bids shall be considered that are presented after the public call for receiving bids. Any Bid received after the date and time specified will be returned, unopened to the Bidder. A certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%) of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000), must be submitted with the bid, guaranteeing that if contract is awarded, the bidder will execute the contract and deliver the bond(s) required by the Contract Documents. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids or waive any informalities therein pursuant to applicable law.
