Site work for a water / sewer project in Woodway, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the construction of the Fairway Gravity Sewer Replacement, Phase III Project, the Project consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals as required to properly design, fabricate, construct, inspect and test the following construction items: Three segments of sanitary sewer gravity pipeline totaling approximately 6,300 LF, including 24" - 15" gravity trunk line sewer and 8" - 6" gravity collector sewer mains, approximately 40 manholes, microtunneling with steel encasement pipes, connections to existing mains, bypass pumping, connections to existing and installation of new service lines and connections, erosion control features, and all appurtenances, accessories, testing, and site work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.The Bidder is responsible for periodically checking the website for revisions. All questions must be submitted on before 5:00 PM CST on July 16, 2021. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Woodway reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
