*As of October 20, 2021, an apparent low bidder has been identified, however, a general contractor has not been awarded. the City of Amarillo Is Soliciting Bids From Qualified Bidders for the Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport Sre Building Modifications as Per the Attached Bidding Documents and Specifications These specifications are for the City of Amarillo Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport SRE Building Modifications located in Amarillo, Texas. The bidder will provide all the work, superintendence, labor, tools, equipment, machinery and apparatus and whatever else may be necessary to complete the project as stated in this bid. The Contractor will be supplying all materials, equipment and labor. The project scope includes refurbishment of the snow removal equipment (SRE) building at Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport. This refurbishment includes re-roofing of the 36,000 SF building as well as miscellaneous improvements such as exterior window replacements, exterior door replacements and wall repairs. In addition, mechanical improvements will include infrared heater replacement, exhaust fan and louver replacement, light fixture replacement and HVAC and ductwork replacement for the attached office building.
