413 9 9.0 0 7 The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to completion of the work shown on the plans and described in specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Concrete sidewalk, driveways, ADA ramps, curbs Asphalt and porous asphalt pavement Sanitary sewer and stormwater piping and appurtenances Minor water system adjustments Grading, tree removal, temporary erosion control, temporary traffic control Vegetated stormwater planters, street trees Pavement marking, signage Tree removal to be completed between September 1 and March 1 All other work to be completed by May 31, 2022 The Engineers Estimate ranges from $2.3 million to $2.7 million. All bids shall be submitted electronically in the form and manner indicated in the Bid Booklet, Special Provisions, or Addenda and shall be accompanied by proof of certified check, cashier check, or bid bond executed in favor of the City of Milwaukie for ten percent (10%) of total bid amount. Bidders shall be pre-qualified with Oregon Department of Transportation in the appropriate Class of Work prior to bid opening.
