All American Construction and Hauling was awarded this bid for $319,947 The Base Bid for the Leonard Park Project in general will be a renovation of the park site, including reconstruction of a tennis court, playground equipment, table tennis and chess tables, benches, concrete pathways, demolition activities, site equipment and Mobilization/Demobilization for all areas. The Project, which is funded from Town budgeted funds and a Land and Water Conservation Grant, will be constructed in up to one (1) contract divisions. In general, the work consists of providing all labor and materials for renovation to a public park. Bids submitted after that time will be returned to the bidder unopened. A conditional or unqualified Bid will be rejected.
