Project Scope Summary: Complete demolition and renovation of approximately 13,781 square feet including but not limited to the following: furnish an isolation and anteroom, private patient room and bathrooms, Bariatric room, inpatient unit support spaces, new lights, ceilings, floors, doors and hardware, paint, handrails, cove base, wall protection, millwork, finishes, bedside computers, TVs, nurse call system, MEP, phasing plans and coordination drawings, and commissioning of all renovated systems. This work will be accomplished in multiple phases and will require extensive coordination with operations in the spaces above and below to modify plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. HVAC duct must be replaced, and the system rebalanced. Electric service to the wards will be separated into branches in accordance with NEC and electrical panels replaced.
