TCHC is seeking a General Contractor for the provision of the removal of existing municipal infrastructure, general removals and the supply and installation of new municipal services, infrastructure and Low Impact Development (LID) facilities for new and existing roadways at Lawrence Heights. TCHC will be awarding this RFP in its entirety to the lowest total priced submission. Locations: Lawrence Heights Northeast District Stages III and IV - including works associated with Green Garden Boulevard (Hooyo Terrace to Lawrence Heights Way), Deep Roots Terrace (Hooyo Terrace to Lawrence Heights Way), Ridgevale Mews (Lawrence Heights Way to Ridgevale Drive), Lawrence Heights Way (Green Garden Boulevard to Rondale Mews) and Rondale Mews(removals).
