A timeline for award has not yet been established.** 2048-247840 The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for construction for one (1) 1.5 Million Gallon Elevated Storage Tank at the Parkside Site and one (1) 2 Million Gallon Elevated Storage Tank at the Hoover Site. The Hoover site requires rough and finished grading, paving, site fencing, electrical and instrumentation improvements, and miscellaneous items, as more fully described in the Drawings and the Summary of Work contained in Section CIP3. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City's Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Complex, 300-1 Industrial Ave, Georgetown, Texas 78626. A non-mandatory pre-Bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. CDT on July 14, 2021 via teleconference at the Microsoft Teams link below. Representatives of OWNER and ENGINEER will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. ENGINEER will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as ENGINEER considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference.
