The purpose of this bid is to establish a price for the removal of wallpaper, wall preparation and painting atthe Trott Access Center located at 1001 11th St., Niagara Falls, NY 14301. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Contract term: 1 year o Location of job: Trott Access Center WorksourceOne (New York State Department of Labor), 1st Floor 1001 11th Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14301 o Work shall begin by August 2, 2021 o Remove 12,000 square feet of wallpaper o Clean, patch and sand to prepare drywall for paint o Prime walls o Patch imperfections found after priming o Paint walls two coats o All work is to be performed second shift starting after 4:00 PM Monday - Friday. o Clean up and removal of all tools, dust and debris each day. o Dumpster is available for wallpaper disposal. o Contractor shall supply all materials including R-35 Primer or equivalent and Sherwin Williams Pro Mar 200 eggshell paint. o No ACM Building walls at Trott have been determined to be homogenous. Lead paint testing has not been performed.
