As of January 25, 2023, the project has been cancelled. The project is expected to be rebid, however, a rebid date has not been established at this time. The City of Leander seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation to provide construction services for the delivery of the Fire Station 2 Renovation and Addition. Successful respondent shall deliver to City both a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond no later than the 10th day after the agreement has been executed both for the Project price. Penal sums for both bonds shall each be equal to the agreed upon Project price.
