Lagoon Rehabilitation Improvements for the SWATS Facility The Brazos Regional Public Utility Agency hereafter referred to as the "Agency" shall have the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any part thereof; to waive any technicalities in the interest of the Agency. When Contractor delivers the signed counterparts of the Agreement to Owner, Contractor shall also deliver to Owner the performance bond and payment bond (if the Contract requires Contractor to furnish such bonds). SCOPE OF WORK: The Brazos Regional Public Utility Agency (Agency) will be accepting sealed Proposals for Lagoon Rehabilitation Improvements. The proposed improvements shall include, but not necessary be limited to, providing all tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the following Demolition of existing concrete lagoons, overflow structures, piping, and valving and installation of all earthwork, concrete lagoons, influent & overflow structures, piping, and valving. This request for proposals (RFP) solicits information that will enable BRPUA to determine the lowest quotation from a qualified Contractor for the installation of the proposed lagoon rehabilitation improvements
