Description

Renovation of a parking garage in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

It is the intent of the City of Columbus, Division/Department of Facilities to obtain formal bids to establish a contract for the replacement of one (1) City of Columbus heliport garage door, operator and all hardware. The contract resulting from this bid proposal will provide for the purchase and delivery and replacement of one (1) City of Columbus Heliport Garage Door. All Offerors must document the manufacture certified reseller partnership. Bidders are required to show experience in providing this type of equipment and warranty service as detailed in these specifications. Furnish and install 1 (one) approximate (40'- 7" x 15' -3") roll door, face of wall mounting, single speed, bottom safety edge, through beam photo eyes, high wind gussets, high wind tabs on curtain, complete with new control panel.
